Returns Policy

This section only applies to orders placed on the website edashbike.com.au. For orders placed through other channels, please refer to the specific channel's returns policy. Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you're not satisfied with the product, or if you simply change your mind within 14 days of receiving the product, you can return the product for a full refund if there are no signs of use on the product (e.g., scratches, dents, or any other type of wear). The cost of return will be covered by us. Packaging Responsibility: You will be responsible for properly repackaging the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not accessible, a $100 charge will be applied to the customer for the shipping of packaging material. Damages During Return: If the product incurs damage during the return due to inadequate packaging, the cost of repair will be borne by the customer. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the order being received at our warehouse.
